We added the ability to combine these for some of our largest merchants over Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and are excited to roll it out to everyone.
Getting Set Up with Abra’s GWP Combinations
It’s simple to enable combinations for your GWP offer:
- Navigate to your existing GWP promotion in Abra, or click to create a new one.
- Click on the offer to edit.
- Select all the combinations you want to apply in the new ‘Combinations’ section.
- Save your changes.
Make sure to update your Shopify discount codes to combine with other product discounts for this to work with Abra’s Gift with Purchase offer.
By setting both discounts to combine with each other, you’ll provide a seamless and rewarding checkout experience.
Seamless Integration with Shopify Discounts

Smart Discounting: Navigate Shopify’s Limitations
We know that every percent off counts, and it’s crucial to be aware of Shopify’s limitations on combined discounts. If a customer is eligible for multiple discounts on a product, Shopify automatically applies the largest discount.
